You can request an appointment here. We need to approve your request before it is official to make sure there is enough time between patients for the doctors. You will receive a notification if your appointment time is approved. If the time will not work, our office will contact you to find a better time. (Please tell us the best time to call you if we need to reach out.)
New patients: please note that all new patient appointments are 1.5 hours long unless you are being seeing ONLY for PIT for a pain issue, in which case your first appointment will be 1 hour. We require a credit card on file for all patients.
After selecting your doctor, scroll through the list of appointment types to choose (you must scroll down to see all appointment types). In most cases, your doctor will have estimated the time needed for your next appointment at your last encounter. Check your Patient Health Record if you want to review the instructions from your previous appointment. If you need to book a blood draw or other procedure not listed, please call our office at (530) 823-1335.
Alfascans are currently conducted on Monday mornings only. Note: The latest appointment allowed for an Alfascan is 11:45 am. If you schedule an Alfascan, please be sure to read and review the preparation instructions that will be sent to you. You may be charged if you arrive for your appointment without proper preparation and we have to reschedule. You can also find these instructions under “questionnaires” in your Patient Health Record.
